According to the Government of the Republic of Serbia Decision, starting November 8th, 2014:
- Foreign nationals, holders of all types of passports other than emergency travel documents and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions, may enter, transit and stay without a visa in the Republic of Serbia, if they have a valid Schengen visa, the UK and other European Union member states visa or United States visas, no longer than 90 days in a 6 month period.
- Foreign nationals, holders of all types of passports other than emergency travel certificates and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions, may enter, transit and stay without a visa in the Republic of Serbia, if they have residence permit in the Schengen zone countries, European Union member states or the United States, no longer than 90 days in a 6 month period.
