9th Agro-Trade and Economic Cooperation Forum China-Central Eastern European Countries) was held within the International Agriculture Fair "Indagra". Participants were greeted by the Prime Minister of Romania V.Ponta, who also attended the opening of the International Agriculture Fair.

The forum was attended by Romanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture D.Konstantin, Chinese Minister of Agriculture Han Cahngfu, ministers of agriculture of Bulgaria, Macedonia, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia and the Republic of Serbia, as well as other representatives (state secretaries, assistant ministers) of the states that participate in the process of cooperation between PR China and CIE. Our delegation was led by the Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Snezana Bogosavljevic-Boskovic.

Minister Snezana Bogosavljevic-Boskovic in her speech, which was very well taken, stressed out the importance of this forum in order to define directions for future cooperation CIE and  PR China.
Minister Snezana Bogosavljevic-Boskovic, at the sidelines of the forum, took the opportunity to talk with the Ministers of Agriculture of PR China, Slovenia and Romania, as well as the Assistant Ministers of Agriculture of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This is the first time that the forum was held outside of China, and its goal is to improve trade relations with the countries of CIE in the field of agriculture, creating a framework for developing long-term partnerships. The participants discussed the issues of investments in agriculture, food security, climate changes and the implementation of sustainable rural development, among others topics. On the sidelines of the forum, a number of meetings were held between representatives of government delegations and businessmen. More than 450 companies from 22 countries, out of which 25 companies from China attended the fair, "Indagra", forum and accompanying events.
