Uniunea Sârbilor din România (https://sr-rs.facebook.com/pages/Savez-Srba-u-Rumuniji-Union-of-Serbs-in-Romania-Uniunea-sarbilor-din-RO/496799005161), Asociaţia de Prietenie Româno-Sârbă (http://www.crainicul.ro/index.php/apel-pentru-strangerea-de-ajutoare-umanitare-pentru-sinistratii-din-serbia-15154), precum şi Crucea Roşie din Romania (http://www.crucearosie.ro/news/465/34/CRUCEA-RO%EF%BF%BD-IE-ROMaNa-LANSEAZa-APELUL-UMANITAR-INUNDA%EF%BF%BD-II-iN-BALCANI.html) împreună cu alte instituţii, asociaţii şi persoane fizice au apelat la cetăţenii români să răspundă la apelul umanitar pentru a-i ajuta pe sinistraţii din Republica Serbia şi Bosnia şi Herţegovina, în urma inundaţiilor nemaiîntalnite din această zonă.

Transportul ajutorului umanitar pentru zonele inundate este scutit de regimul obţinerii permiselor multilaterale si bilaterale, şi anume: toate vehiculele care vor transporta ajutorul umanitar înspre Republica Serbia vor trece graniţa fără permise internaţionale şi in regim de procedură accelerată.
Deasemenea, toate transporturile de acest gen vor fi scutite de plată taxelor de autostradă din Republica Serbia, dacă prezintă adeverinţa eliberată de Misiunile Diplomatice şi Consulare ale Republicii Serbia, care dovedeşte că transportul respectiv ţine de ajutorul umanitar.

Ambasada Serbiei la Bucureşti va fi deschisă 24/7 pentru toţi cei care doresc să doneze produse (apă, produse pentru igienă personală, scutece, şerveţele, ciorapi, lenjerie de corp, etc.) sau bani.

Transport of humanitarian aid to flooded areas is excluded from the regime of multilateral and bilateral permits, and all vehicles which are carrying humanitarian aid to the Republic of Serbia will pass through without necessity to have international permits and within expedited procedure.
Also, all of these vehicles are exempt from paying road tolls on motorways in the Republic of Serbia, with the presentation of certificate obtained from the diplomatic and consular posts that they drive humanitarian aid.

Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Bucharest will be 24/7 available to anyone wishing to donate goods (water, hygiene products, diapers, paper towels, socks, underwear, etc..), or money.
